About The University
Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU) was formally established on 3rd December 2000 with headquarter at Nagpur. About The Host Institute
Krantisinh Nana Patil College of Veterinary Science, Shirwal, the constituent college of the Maharashtra Animal & Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU), Nagpur was established in 1988. The institute’s name has been given to honour the great freedom warrior Krantisinh Nana Patil who established a parallel government and fought against the British Regime.
